Hi, Melina...I have not checked in to the site in awhile. Lots going on. Lately, I have been following a protocol to interpret charts.
I look first at what natal house is rising on the ascendant. In your case it is the 10th this year bringing emphasis to career or public image and to home.
Natal mars is at the highest point or most public place in the chart showing us that your mars energy will be expressed in a more public manner. Mars rules your sixth and seventh house in your natal chart.In your solar if we fit your natal over the solar we see a blending of energy of natal 6th and 7th to 9th. This might indicate assertion in a public way connected to legal issues surrounding partnerships. (you can do this with all the houses too)
The next thing I look for is the ruler of the solar 10 and 4 as they are emphasized with natal 10 rising. The solar 10th ruler is venus which we find in the 10th. It is in the sign of Gemini implying more than one. It is retrograde. Something coming back to you. Venus can be interpreted as loved ones, money, love in general or finery. It is square to mars. When I see venus in any relationship to mars it may tell us about male/female relationships. In a challenging aspect may indicate well...challenge

I also see that venus is forming an inconjunction to Pluto. Inconjunctions are often indications of illness. Pluto is eruptive and hidden or psychological. Just note it for now.
If we want to see if their are other signs of illness we look at the condition of the sixth house ruler as well as the first house ruler. In this case we do see Saturn opposing moon...maybe a melancholy. We see sun is also challenged by mars. Mars can be an accident or volitile energy. But Saturn in trine to sun may lend more serious tone to energy and allow you to think before you act.
But you asked about neptune. Neptune is in aspect to your natal sun...again. In your birth chart it opposes the sun. In the solar chart it trines your sun. But the birth energy trumps the solar energy so a trine from neptune still represents a challenge to you. You have a birth tendency to have neptune pull away from your ego energy. The solar sun in the 11th indicates ego focus on wishes, friends, larger social circle. Neptune occupying the solar 7th implies a risk of deception by partners.
The solar moon in the 9th house reemphasizes your emotional preoccupation with some sort of legal issues ....possibly surrounding mother? females? change? home? 9th house can also be legal ceremonies.
Moon receives a trine from Pluto. And as pluto rules the 4th house we may pay special attention to it. it speaks of some transformative energy possible about home.
Overall the chart has more planets on the upper half indicating a more extroverted year.
It looks like more activity will begin the second part of your solar year with more planets occupying the succedant houses (2,5, 8, 11.)
All signs on the angles are fixed. This indicates not much change. It may reflect a more egocentric and outgoing phase for you with Leo rising.
