How should I proceed in this matter?
I hope this is a question which can be answered by Horary Astrology?
There is a Tom cat who visits, sleeps and is fed at my house.
He belongs to a neighbour who I dont know very well.
For about two months, the cat has had pain in his mouth, I see this as he spends most of his time at my house.
I have gone round to neibours house to see if she was aware of this, but no answer, so I put a polite note in letterbox.
No answer from the neibour.
Asked my vet for advice, she says if I contact RSPCA, they will only do something if he is a stray and she warned me that if the RSPCA were to go round there, the neibours might harm or kill the cat.
The cat is still eating, but he is considerable pain.
If I had the money I would take him to the vets myself.
I have treated him for fleas and worms.
So I would like to know how to proceed with this dilemma?
Many thanks
