Pluto square Pluto - Natal 1st and Transit 4th

I am currently experiencing pluto square pluto since November 2011. Pluto has been in my 4th house of Capricorn I believe though since 2008, correct? Since that transit into my 4th house I have gone through a divorce, moving out of the marriage home, but then a reconnection with my husband a year later and moving back in, although we have not remarried. My oldest daughter became pregnant in 2009 and "officially" has moved out of my home and back to my home town and in with my parents across the state.

I have been reading about 3 big hits that occur when you have pluto square pluto and I can only assume the divorce was one. And possibly my oldest daughter and grandchild moving away is another. I was also diagnosed with Melanoma skin cancer (which my Aunt passed away from) in 2011 but was successfully removed without spreading to the lymphnodes. Is this plutonian? How do I pinpoint when these hits were/are and how long does a pluto square pluto last? Not sure how much more I can deal with in my home life.

Also, having some obsessions and negative thoughts about my mother and upbringing. Been doing a lot of family roots digging. And having strange dreams in which I'm being "looked for" or "hunted down" and so I'm hiding and running in my dreams. I don't normally dream so this is very strange for me. Is this effects of Pluto?
