Even for me, the ascending degree is too late for making a reliable delineation of this question (it is less than 1 degree from the oncoming sign) Therefore I would say, re-ask this question again in a day or two, in hopes of obtaining a more reliable answer.

OK, dr. farr, here is the new chart, slightly more specific question"Did he read my FB message?" It does'nt look like he is going to read it, but I leave that to you. Thanks for your assistance.

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

As of the time of the chart, probably he did not:
Why?
-he = 7th house = Pisces = Jupiter
-your message = 3rd house from the ascending sign = Scorpio = Mars
-Mars flows away from Jupiter (and there is no applying aspect between Mars and Jupiter) = - testimony
-his significator, Jupiter, is in detriment in Gemini (and also sign-conjunct the South Node) = - testimony
-your message significator, Mars, is in a pitted (blocked) degree of Virgo = - testimony

Isn't Mars applying to trine Jupiter here?

For me, the orb of application is beyond the limit (5 degrees for trines) I accept, and, in addition to this, for the aspect to perfect Mars must change signs, so at the current time the potential aspect is out of sign (and with the exception of conjunctions involving the Sun I do not "count" out of sign aspects)
