Will he ever return to the USA

As my marriage is over now, a few questions are on my mind and would really like help in interpreting these couple of charts I have posted. The question is will he (N.) ever return to the USA
He will lose his green card if he does not return on time, so the answers to that question will automatically also answer my second question about the future of his green card. Thanks in advance for your time.

I've just replied to your queries about your husband and your marriage. It was for less than half an hour before this one.

Your two questions are related to the same matter and one horary chart would have been okay - when they're about the same person as here (for future ref.)

Based on the slightly earlier chart, his green card or govt approval would be his 10 ruler Saturn (which also signified his mother in the 4:23pm chart). It's in your 12th or his 6th House, which either way is not very positive I'm afraid because they're both malefic Houses - and especially since Venus does not apply to Saturn. As noted before, Venus is going backwards to conjunct the malefic South Node and then to Jupiter.
There's some reprieve though, because Venus does not actually get too close to the South Node because Venus goes Direct on the 27th June - a few days away so he might avert the negativeness of that contact.___

(By the way, for this last part, I'm reading the chart as if the 7th House of your husband were turned to become the 1st House.)___

I posted this thinking that perhaps in the future he might come back to his friend to fix his GC situation (not come to me per se_....but I do see what you mean regarding both charts being related. I thought that GC would be a different situation to ask about, but thanks for your interpretation nonetheless.

Hi again - Well, that's interesting background : Venus IS coming back to Jupiter who rules his 11th of friends! and the chart shows Venus is Rx suggesting him 'returning'. (Reason I say this is because in lost & found charts, the planet signifying the 'lost' item will often be found if it's Rx.)

That could well be the case here: He intends to come back ... but the trouble is, the actual conjunction doesn't perfect. Venus and Jupiter don't line up together because Venus goes Direct on 27th before it gets to Jupiter. Sad.
