Sun Trine Moon not necessarily beauty but well integrated personality.
Sun Neptune not necessarily beauty but may have a glamour.
Sun conjunct Mars not necessarily beauty but may be energetic which can give appeal.
FOr beauty Venus Neptune Sun combinations and aspected somehow to the ascendant and its ruler etc.
The beautiful signs are Taurus, Libra, Pisces traditionally but not all who possess these signs are beautiful.

I have Venus Mars Neptune conjunct in Libra and Pisces rising.
all sextile Pluto too. I was considered pretty in my younger days
and shapely with a Taurus Moon. However I hated the Mars influence which gave me strong limbs and tendency to freckle. I have done some acting and filmwork as I have as Leo Sun..... But you are right the sign that the planets are placed in are very important. Capricorn may oversee and organise rather.

Ive noticed that some pretty people have moon-mars aspects.... Or I dont know if its associated with this. But Ive seen it as conjunction in Brad Pitss chart I think? Angelina Jolie, Birgitte Bardot has the square. Also my mum was quite pretty in her younger days and she has this. What do you think?

Megan foxs moon is semi-square mars I think. Her venus and moon are trine. Sun and mercury in taurus. Sun is trine mars.

I have my Gemini Merc and MC conjunct my Gem Sun and Gem Venus midpoint, with my Pisces moon and DC squaring it. I would not consider myself "beloved"--actually, I have spent much of my life feeling unloved and unlovable. But I am very attracted to beauty, often times intensely attracted to "beautiful" men (beautiful, not "pretty," mind you) and I see masculinity as very, very beautiful. I have a real thing for men with beautiful intellects and talents, beautiful hands, arms and shoulders, and yes, beautiful feet. I am very sensitive to beauty in art, music and nature as well, and I often see beauty if things that others don't, from odd looking animals to abstract art to people that society shuns or mocks. If I am in a environment that is "ugly" to me I can feel drained, anxious and depressed, which in turn affects my cognitive abilities and ability to express myself. I don't thrive in "ugly" environment, and if I am in a "ugly" workplace, I can be very miserable, whether that ugliness comes for the mundanity or boringness of the work or the nastiness of a boss or coworkers. There's been more than one awful job where I spent lots of time in the bathroom crying because I could not tolerate the oppressive ugliness around me.
I have Venus squaring my Venus/Neptune midpoint. Again, can't claim to dreamy good looks. But I do have very refined artistic tastes.
My Mercury squares my Sun/Neptune midpoint. I can be charismatic, I guess. Some people are drawn to me, especially if I'm involved with something artistic or creative. I also am a stalker magnet.
I also have my Venus squaring my Moon/Mars midpoint, but that one isn't on the list.

At www.astro.com, enter your birth data in the "My Astro" section at the top right part of the page. Then go to "Free Horoscopes" and then at the bottom of that page choose the "extended chart selection" link. On the extended charts page, you'll see links that read "Circular charts - Special Charts - Pullen/Astrolog." Click on the "Pullen/Astrolog" link. That will bring on a different menu just below it. Open that menu and select "Aspect/midpoint grid chart" and then click on "Click here to show chart." That'll bring up a gird with all you midpoints for your major planets.

Interesting.....
my midpoints of "beauty" are not "touched" by any planet or angel.....
but my Venus is in Taurus on IC opp Saturn on MC....
ASC Capricorn.....so Venus trine my ASC and Saturn sextile ASC.....but the 2 are in opp.....I can say that I have some kind of charm and I'm not ugly  ....and think that Saturn helps....when I want to make good inpression ...Venus gives me softer look.....
it is all very individual.....

I dont see how Mars gives beauty particularly a square....., it may confer masculine appeal and if it is connected to a well aspected Venus. I dont use midpoints I dont think they are particularly valid. The ascendant and its aspects and ruler is the main point for physical appeal as it is the first impression and persona and body image to a large degree. The Midheaven involved for public appeal such as for actors etc.

I heard it gives some kind of sex appeal. Its planet of sexuality/physical energy right?
I know beauty is subjective, but it can also be more or less objective. Most men find Megan Fox attractive I assume?

I am exactly the same way. Even when I am sick my surroundings must be attractive. I will retreat to the spare bedroom where I know the bedding is clean and the room is cozy. Crazy.
Oh yeah I am so into beautiful man arms too! I will see if we have any of the same aspects. My husbands arms and hands are worth drooooooling over girl. I am also a lunar pisces. Sun too and Stupid saturn and chiros.

Wow this midpoint grid is handy. Can't believe I never saw it before.
Ok, see your planets from top left to bottom right, starting with the Sun?
So look at the intersection between Sun  & Moon  .. You'll see Pisces 20 40'. That's the midpoint between your Sun & Moon, kind of a blending of your Masculine/Feminine energy, yin/yang.
The left side has the aspects. You'll notice Sun & Mercury  conjunct  within 2 degrees.

I think I got it. Basically my first 4 mid points are all pisces. sun/moon=pisces, I think next is moon/mercury=pisces, then mercury/venus=pisces, then venus/mars=pisces.....
Well then, it's settled, I look like a fish
Use lunarpisces directions to get this chart.

This subject has actually been on my mind personally.
I have Moon/Mars = Venus conjunct Uranus exact
Venus/Moon = MC conjunct Pars fortune....
I'm not sure if this indicates my mild fashionable nature and pleasant features.. or if it means I should pursue a fashion type of career? Venus is my chart ruler
