With Pisces on the DC (7th house cusp) you have Virgo rising. So most of what you read about Virgo on the ascendant should apply to you.
Pisces on the DC doesn't necessarily mean that you will seek out a spouse with the sun in Pisces or somesuch. Rather, that you value Piscean traits of sensitivity and acceptance in a mate. However, if any 7th house planets, Neptune (modern ruler,) or Jupiter (traditional ruler) are afflicted, you might get a negative effect. You might want Mr. Sensitive Guy (or Gal) but end up with a very disorganized person who dwells in a world of illusion or escapism-- possibly via too much alcohol or drugs.
