Full moon 10th house conjunct north node?

The full moon is in my 10th house conjunct the north node what does this mean? It is opposite Jupiter in the 4th house in Gemini.

Jupiter is expansion in 4th house, perhaps moon separating from house, well what else but I may move and I am itching to move out , I am a number 1 personality!!! So anyhow, if its in Gemini perhaps music, creativity will have something to do with it? And this is for career purposes. The stars are reinforcing what I want to do anyway, how crazy.

So in essence could this reinforce my move out of my current situation for career purposes for my greater good? Wow.

Does Pluto (11th) transit conjunct Jupiter (11th natal) mean I could have a sudden windfall for good if Uranus (2nd) transit is sextile to Jupiter ?
