I don't think it necessarily means that they will lack warmth. But they will likely need to be serious, meaningful, down to earth.
You may be cautious about entering into relationship until you know someone well; it may be that you will not find relationship until you are older or you may be drawn to older women. Be comforted that there are many meanings for Saturn as ruler of your 7th house besides cold, unemotional, lacking warmth.
