Vincent and Me. Venus retrograde? ahhh

Hello dear Astrologers!!!

On May 15th I met this guy, Vincent, a taurus, 47 years old, divorced, 1 son, he lives near me and we have so much in common.

without getting into too much detail, please, can you take a look at this horary chart and tell me if this relationship will indeed "lift off ground" and have something wonderful in store for the both of us.

I realized that Venus is in retrograde now, actually, until the end of June? And I have been reading alot about this "karmic journey" that she is going to put some of us through, but this guy, i feel, yes, that we have meet before, as Venus says, you will meet people that you might have meet in past lives, lovers come back again to finish karmic debts (as two of my past lovers have already contacted me) but this guy is new.

do you see if we are going to have a love affair or something more?

Venus retrograde, yes, i know, its best not to start something now, as it will not last, but perhaps, this can start something and later on, resume?

I think it is a valid chart and certainyl decribes the situation in that, the Moon recently was in sextile aspect to Venus. Venus rules Vincent as you pointed out. Venus is in partile trine to Saturn showing his mature age as well as his interest in higher learning or career at this time. Though it is separating trine, and venus recently went retrograde, I think means he is going through some changes, both personally and professionally.

Oddly, the Moon is Void of Course. This suggests that in the present state, the relationship is not going anywhere specific and that matters are about to change.

We can see that Vincent is not well off where he is at and Mercury is presently helping him. There is a mutual reception between he and Mercury showing he may have his interests in other areas. Probably his child from what I can tell.

I do not think that Vincent is romantically inclined at this time from what I can see here. This does not mean that you cannot associate with him but, I would not push anything romantic if you wish to stay in his good graces, so to speak.

Love first must exist within. Find that first so that you enjoy yourself, then others can enjoy you, too.

I agree with Anachiel's interpretation, there will not be anything between you and this guy. Mutual reception with 5th and his 1st shows, either he is pre-occupied with taking care of his son, or is in romantic relationship with another person.

Because Moon is VOC there will be no change soon. That confirms lack of applying aspect between rulers.
