Awaiting reply re application for Financial Grant

Hello everyone,
I am not skilled by any means so I will do the best I can
I guess this chart is telling NO.
Last march I applied for a Grant run by a U.S. Bank in the form of a Trust
It's for education/ charitable personal needs.The money if accepted goes directly to the schools or vendors/utility companies.
The TRUST is from someone who has passed away and the legacy remains with this bank.
I applied for $5,000.I was accepted at a language school in Europe for an 8 week intensive course and the cost would cover the program, accommodation and airfare.
I am saying NO because already the question was asked during an hour
ruled by the moon.(by 1 minute)
I am leo ruled by the sun
2nd
The moon is square to mercury
3rd
Saturn is retrograde even if it is in Libra sign of its exaltation.

I also have up for sale some small items but no matter what
I do or where I try to sell them no one responds accept scammers.
so, I guess I will be canceling my registration for the class...

Hey, I don't know ... You are the Sun, yes, applying to Jupiter, ruler of the 8th (the bank's money) which is what you want. You don't need an aspect to Mercury which rules your own money that you already have (and the square you mentioned possibly describes the difficulties you're having with those other possessions.)

The conjunction of Sun and Jupiter is still within moiety (14.5 deg allowed for their combined moiety) so, although there's no reception between them to make it absolutely certain, it's a pretty good indicator when you get a conjunction like this in such a strong place - an angle, the 10th. Also, Moon and Jupiter don't aspect but they are in mutual reception with each other - by Exaltation.

Do you know exactly when they'll be making their decision about the grant? When does the English course start? The Sun/Jupiter conjunction is in 12 degrees ... both in fixed signs - 12 days ? In reality, the conjunction takes place according to the Ephemeris on 12-13 May which is only a week away.

If I were you, I wouldn't give up hope just yet! Do let us know what happens, won't you.________
