I was thinking about crystal healing the other day. Then I thought: We ingest a significant amount of minerals, accidentally or on purpose, all the time, and the amount is enough to produce an effect, since it does not take very much of a mineral to produce an effect. After that I wondered if we ingested minerals to cover all the elements. Well, the calcium in our bones (the base of most of the vata kapha minerals on dr. farr's list) as well as the (usually) small amount of lead resonates with Saturn, the iron in our blood with Mars... and after that I got stuck. So I looked up a list and found
this. After that I thought: well, we have about every mineral with an important effect there is, now all we need is a magnet to stop the energy field of our natural minerals from getting "dirty." I then researched magnets, hoping that we already had a significant amount of internal magnetism. It doesn't seem that we do, but lookie,
our planet is a giant magnet. With all this convincing evidence, as fun as it is to carry rocks around (I admit I do sometimes), I don't think we need to do it for practical purposes since we already have everything we need naturally.
