Best time for a meeting - which planets are relevant?

Hello,

for are meeting (not even a date...maybe for the meeting, to make up the date ) are there any particular aspects/planets important?

Maybe if the person I want to meet has venus leo...should I do this on a day where venus is in leo? Or maybe a day where venus is in my venus sign? Maybe on this day I or the other person will be in an very great mood, and everything will workout much better than on another day??

Ok, maybe these are very noob theories...but I thought are there some rules here? That would be interesting...

you're speaking of an "event" chart.
Moon-Mercury in harmonious alliance is key, and be sure merc not retro and moon is waxing to new if you want positive results.

Re: Best time for a meeting - which planets are relevant?

Don't meet on the day before the New Moon (Hecate)

Meet when the Moon is waxing (as suggested by MaeMae)

Do not meet during the time when the ephemeris or Pocket Astrologer says the Moon is Void of Course

Do not meet when the Moon is between 15 Libra and 15 Scorpio (Fiery Road)

Do not meet when Venus is square or opposition to the Moon

Do not meet when Venus is within about 5 degrees of the Sun, either way (combust)

Good for meeting when Moon is in Taurus (if Moon is waxing), also of course in Cancer; try to avoid when Moon is passing through Capricorn (or of course even the later degrees of Scorpio)

Try to avoid if Venus is passing through Aries or Scorpio, or Virgo

I'll second MaeMae's recommendation about not meeting when Mercury is retrograde

All of these positions can be easily found in an ephemeris or in the Pocket Astrologer (or other Moon sign book)

Ok, thank you very much for your reply... so it's not necessary to look at the persons chart...
EDIT: I mean especially because I thought of a day where the event (meeting/communication) is based on/between two persons and not an event like filling out a lottery ticket.

Dr. Farr ~
what is your thought if moon is combust sun?
I have seen disasters and miracles happen in these rare cases.
best if moon within 17" (minutes) of conjunction.
A risk takers aspect. I remember reading about a Donald Trump deal moon waxing in combustion. Saved by the seat of pants in 7th house.
Note: Merc retro is okay for meeting if REVISITING past plans, but other event strictures mentioned will have bearings.

Re: Best time for a meeting - which planets are relevant?

I'm a life-long new be when it comes to astrology, but I think I understand what you're asking. Which is, maybe the other person would feel more at home with a particular planet in the sign of his/her natal placement.

But I also like the idea of planning around favorable aspects. I would guess you
could use both approaches together.

Re: Best time for a meeting - which planets are relevant?

Actually using both the current conditions and a comparison of charts IS the best way to plan an election, but it is also a rather complex undertaking.

Moon in cazimi (17 minutes of exact solar conjunction) is-for those of us who really understand what cazimi means-the most exalted and dignified situation for the Moon (or any other planet) However, the quickness of the Moon makes timing to hit that exact degree connection (the cazimi connection) a bit difficult, but of course, it can be done.

Otherwise, away from cazimi, I consider the Moon to be combusted (defacto neutralized for all effective influences) from 3 degrees before cazimi to 3 degrees after it-so I do NOT consider a wide combustion orb for the Moon, as many Traditionalist, Hellenist and Vedic practitioners do.

I do consider Hecate (the 24 hours prior to the Sun/Moon conjunction) a negative time for Lunar influences-I am led to this outlook more by certain esoteric considerations than by purely astrological ones (although see Vloguine's "Lunar Astrology", for a discussion of Hecate in historical astrology)

If the person is male and, then when transiting Mars in Leo, near his Venus.

And if the person is female would it be like "when transiting venus* in leo near her mars"?....with some astrology things I am also a bit sceptic... I believe of course everybody is influenced by daily general aspects...but somehow I thought, considering the exact personal aspects would be more important/effective...

Yes I thought that too
*EDIT: No I said that wrong...I believe, with women it would be "when transiting venus in their mars sign"?!
