Uranus & Neptune at critical degrees
Not only are the two in mutual reception, now they are both in what are called, critical degrees, being where the lunar mansions shift. You might say the crab has outgrown her shell and moves to a more suitable home. Neptune reached 21 Aquarius back on March 23 and Uranus entered 17 degrees Pisces on April 17. This should be an important time in the areas covered by these signs and Planets. What have you noticed that might fit?
I see that the US is making a move toward using the oceans (Pisces) as a renewable source of energy to generate electricity (Aquarius) or even fuel (Neptune) for our cars (Uranus). A bill introduced last Tuesday in the U.S. House would provide financial support for research and development of tidal energy solutions. It is called the Marine and Hydrokinetic Renewable Energy Promotion Act of 2007, and would provide tax and investment credits for developing tidal projects. The bill would authorize $50 million annually in federal funds for research and development starting in 2008 when Neptune will again be reaching this critical degree.
Last Thursday, when Mercury had just left the critical degree of 26Aries, a wave farm that will provide free energy to 7,500 homes in Cornwall, England (notice Mercury rules corn) was granted $142 million in funding. The project will collect energy from wave turbines and meet 3% of Cornwall's electricity needs.
This is a major development in the quest for renewable energy that doesn't harm mother earth.
I see this crucial placement in my life through a confirmation from a new doctor concerning a chronic nerve problem I have (Pisces/12th house) that shows a delayed electrical response (Uranus) in the ulnar nerve serving to expose the deception (Neptune) by the insurance company (Pisces on my 8th) who have set themselves up as my opponent (Neptune recently on my descendant), claiming to be the medical experts, taking away my job and any source of income leaving me dependent on the 8th house (Pisces). My 1st appointment was in March and the 2nd last week. Jupiter will be entering critical 17Sag for the 2nd time soon, sextile Neptune , then squaring Uranus so it will be interesting to see what their offer is to get rid of me before the trial date.
What's really interesting is that my husband has 17Pisces descendant and 21Aq on the 6th cusp. His adversaries have been currently dissolving and he has the most secure and enjoyable employment ever. He's found a new, more spacious home and I have to say, my current situation is more spacious than the work environment I was expelled from a year ago.
