Here is a chart wherein I asked if a flirty friend of mine and I have a future as lovers. The answer is pretty clearly a "no", but some posters might find it interesting as an exercise. My significators are Venus (lord 1), the moon as co significator. His are Mars as Lord 7, and the sun as his male nature (per Frawley, only in romantic horaries; if Venus were not Lord 1, she would represent my female nature). They are in separating square aspect to eachother, meaning we've been as close as we ever will be, and the future will not develop. The reception between significators is quite good from his side, Mars in Pisces hot towards Venus, sun in Taurus likewise. If we look at the aspect between Venus and ascendant, it is also separating, or ending, another indicator of a "no". I don't know what the pending conjunction of moon to Saturn might mean, except to note Saturn rules both the fourth house, "end of the matter", and the fifth house, love affairs. The last aspect is a sextile from moon to Venus, but it is separating. Even though Mars is in the fifth, where I would like to see it, all else says no future as lovers.
