same significator for quesited and the visit

what do you do when the quesited and the visit have the same significator?

will she visit me question, querent is asc and moon , quesited is 7th and visit is 3rd from 7th.

7th and 3rd from 7th have the same significator, what do you do?

or will i meet her friends question, querent is asc and moon , quesited is 7th and friends are 11th from 7th

7th and 11th from 7th have the same significator, what do you do?
