North Node Conjunction with IC????

I am unable to really find much information on this aspect in a synastry chart. The items I can find aren't too clear...for me, anyway.

Does anyone have an experience with this conjunction either through a reading or in their own experiences?

It's a conjunction of 0 degrees.

I am aware 4th House/IC is a Cardinal point and is a big point in a chart but I don't know how this would play out? I have been reading a lot lately on NN and their meanings (see other posts I've made about a great book) so this is why I am focusing on this particular aspect. I know other ones affect the chart but I'm curious.
