Am I still going to have my job in April based on Transit chart?

Hi I started a new job- in the health industry, related to dentistry. I started in early January. As you know the first 3 months or 90 days is a trial period. Nothing would be more embarrassing and shameful if they let me go after this time. I have had a few downs, one major down that's making me think Im not going to cut it. I have posted the transits for sometime mid April. It would be nice if someone can take a look. I'm absolutely clueless on interpreting transit charts. I thought about Horary but I don't feel "personally invested" atm and it feels too soon.

I think the transits indicate you will likely stay: Jupiter transits the natal 10th whole sign house, Venus, its dispositor, is there also by progression; Pluto transits natal whole sign 6th house (day to day type jobs, service) but activates an approximate natal sextile it had to Uranus and Neptune, so nothing negative there (by transit); SN passing through the 11th whole sign house by transit shows a difficult period of time (since March, 2011) regarding 11th house matters, so there is some possible negativity there, but I think the transit Jupiter and progressed Venus indications re to 10th house matters, will prevail in a positive way.

Hi, thanks for your help Dr Farr. I noticed you mentioned using the Whole sign system. I was wondering what the outcome would be if Placidus was used. For me, using whole signs is like using Vedic Astrology. Placidus has worked for me and I like to stick to that since it has given me a few dead on accurate results.

In Placidus the 10th house falls in Gemini, the transit being of the highly unfavorable South Node, plus there is no Jupiter transit to the 10th house nor is there a Venus progression, since these under Placidus are involved with the 9th house. If I had used Placidus my delineation would be: not favorable at all for keeping the current job!

(I used placidus-with good results-for over 3 decades, before discovering and switching over to whole sign {in the late 1990's}, so I have respect for Placidus, but I believe whole sign gives more accurate results, more often than not-but, that's just my experience)
