Re: Healing Indictations

i would have to agree on the pluto/scorpio/8th house stuff. i am interested in healing of the body/mind/spirit- and i have been to massage school (healing of the body), learned reiki (energy healing), gone to yoga teacher training (more body) and am now in school for psychology (healing of the mind/soul).

i have pluto stationary direct in my chart, pluto in the 8th (equal), and uranus in scorpio. i have chiron widely conjunct my sun/moon midpoint (4 degrees) in my 2nd house of body.

i also think neptune/pisces/12th house would be involved. come to think of it- likely the 4th house/cancer/moon. seems moon would be emotional healing, neptune would be spiritual healing and pluto would be soul healing.

i also have mercury square pluto- healing of the mind?

having neptune or pluto conjunct the MC seems like it would be an indicator (which i have the former).

just my two cents

It would be additionally more interesting if you get a Placidian House Chart because they add different dimensions and you just need to see what the interpretations are that way for your OWN first. No one knows YOU like you DO! That will give variations that you can compare and see for yourself which one feels more accurate. If you and when you do, let me know what your thoughts are? I'd really like to have your honest opinion. I've never used equal houses and was taught Placidian from the start.

Back 25 years ago when it was long established already for decades before that, Pittsburgh had its resident shop for Astrology supplies, The Sign of Aquarius was its name. That was back before you couldn't find a tablet of blank charts except there and the Internet was unthinkable.

I'll tell you something about your Merc square Pluto. Did anyone here ever here of Sybil Leek? She was an Astrologer and Antique Dealer way back when it was never heard of and her ability to reduce the stories of the Greek myths approached the "Key Words" teaching method in ways that surpassed so many others. For Mercury it was called a sign of "Translation" that transferred the "Light" of a message into whatever relationship it was part of whether it was wither interpreted through a House or in aspect.

Too, as a neutral planet it received the "Light" of influence of the planet making the nearest aspect or simply the nearest planet. If any veterans recall this, help me clarify it. Anyway take this consideration to approach your square to the "Transformation" Planet, Pluto and as you look to interpret its aspect to Mercury. For me it's closest to Uranus which I could have a hard time differentiating the influence because Uranus is entrenched in an accentuating T-square that really is too easily seen in me anywhere. The nearest close aspect for me is a sextile to Jupiter which is my closest planet ascending to the MC. This makes it Jupiter also strong so I can't remember which is more important to interpreting Mercury-nearest planet or the planet in closest aspect. Anyone care to help a forgetful man and comment? :34:

Re: Healing Indictations

Mercury is a funny one for me. It is my chart ruler , gem asc, yet it is not closely tied to my moon/neptune/chiron grand water trine with Pluto conj Uranus forming the kite from virgo. Mars is ties in with close trines to Pluto/Uranus. Oh and 6th house well sun merc and neptune sit there. No 12th house but neptune figures prominently for me. But I am not drawn to working in big institutions, I have a strong aversion actually. Much too independent minded, dont like being told how to think what to think or what to do. Merc is quintile uranus which ties it to this energy. But basically merc is sextile venus and opposite NN.

This thread has confirmed that I have indicators of healing whatever that means, maybe just holding some ones hand can be the absolutley best thing you can do.

Anyway what role mercury has in my patterns is still a bit mushroom like for me.

Oh Carole.... Yes I concurr with a neptune, moon, chiron grand water trine. It does feel like something is happening.
