If I contact him before I go, will he want to see me?

I met a guy who lives far away, but I am going up near where he lives.

Not sure what he thinks and haven't talked to him in awhile. So I was wondering.....

If I contact him before I go up there will he want to see me when I visit his state?

I am sun in capicorn in the 5th house.
He is saturn in libra in the 3rd house.....saturn is exalted and in my house of communication.....+
They aren't in aspect. -

sun is trining mars, his communication ruler. +

my communication ruler is venus in aquarius in the 6th house.
venus will sextile mercury +
then venus will trine saturn, him. +

the moon is in gemini in the 11th.
The moon will trine venus, my communication ruler. +
then moon will square mars, his communication ruler. +
Then moon will trine saturn, him. +

seems mostly positive except that saturn and sun don't make aspect. sun will square saturn, but first sun trines mars. Not sure if I want sun to square saturn anyways.....

help?

Yes.

Venus on the 7th in mutual reception with the ruler of the 7th, Saturn. Moon trines Venus.

The Sun, trine Mars from a good house (5th), suggests yes, as well. Also, Mercury sextile Saturn, Mercury ruling his fifth; he may enjoy hearing from you.

I sent him a message concerning things he recently shared publicly. I added I would be headed to his state this week probably.
Although he replied to a post I made, he deleted it so I have no idea what he said.
He never wrote back or called, it has been 5 days.
And I decided not to go up there at all, but haven't told him that.

Totally over dealing with this guy, even if I do hear from him now.

No aspect between sun and saturn.....
Maybe he did like hearing from me, but not enough to contact me back.

he is in your fall and saturn(him) is applying an opposition to jupiter(your 5th),explains that.

Could the Mars square Moon and, Mercury sextile Saturn first, be the problem? hmm.....

No, Mercury reaches Saturn first with a trine.

I would have looked at your (querent's) communications house (3rd under Libra = Venus) and the 7th house (quesited) under Aquarius = Saturn.
-Venus flows away from Saturn and makes no applying (within orb of application which I use) aspect to Saturn = - testimony
-Venus (querent's communications with quesited) is in a pitted degree, ie, blocked, which also = - testimony
-notice that querent's Sun significator also flows away from Saturn, and Venus (signifying the querent's communications with quesited, which is shown as happening by Venus being posited in quesited's house/sign) also flows away from querent's Sun, all of which further = - testimony
-notice further that querent's significator, the Sun, falls in quesited's 12th house, a quite negative indication regarding the quesited's thoughts/outlook toward the querent.

(Note: using the Walis Magic 8 Ball divination, quesited = 7th house = Aquarius = Saturn, which gives a "no" answer to the horary question, according to 8 Ball "rules)

Asking because Venus is sitting right on the descendant in mutual reception with Saturn.

Ok, so let me walk through this...

Your significator is the Sun, your co-significator the Moon.

His significator Saturn, and co-significator Venus, both because she is in his house and the Moon applies to her, also Mars as the Moon makes a square aspect there at the same time.

So, the Sun applies to a trine of Mars. This should be a good indicator of you applying yourself to him and contacting him.

The Moon to Venus in the 7th, should be another good indicator.

What am I missing here...

That Mercury reaching Saturn first is disappointing as well, I think.

I don't know him well. We met, have mutual friends, communicated some. It was going great. Then he vanished. After that we had one weird communication, but we cleared it up....or so I thought. Now I wonder if he didn't just lie to me then.

Here is what I found out doing recon:
When we first met and started communicating he spent a lot of time down here was seriously thinking of moving back down full time. He showed a lot of interest and wanted to see me. I REALLY believed him, he even had me talk to our friend about him so she could tell me he was a good guy.
Then he vanished.

I have found out he has decided to stay up there and not move here at all for now.
He was processing heavy things during this time too.
Now he is trying to meet someone up there. Maybe he has started communicating with someone, but nothing sure so far. I think he is still looking.

But why not at least respond and say, Hey, I've changed my plans and decided to stay up here. Don't want to have a long distance relationship. Hopefully we can be friends. I would have totally understood.

as far as venus goes, I thought she looked positive since moon would trine her, mercury and venus would sextile, then venus would trine saturn.

I need to remember to check those pitted degrees....
