That is the second major transit setup making a Grand Cross in my chart. I've had transit Pluto and Uranus squaring my 8th House Saturn in Libra and my 5th House Uranus in Cancer for quite a while.

Without your chart we cant really comment. The 2nd and 8th houses deal with assets, both shared and personal. Income and finances. Inheritance, loans, investments, insurances etc.....5th house deals with our children, lovers, our leisure activities, speculation and our creative expression.... So load the chart with transits and progressions and we can have a look. I am not really into eclipses especially dealing with the nodes.
Health belongs to the 6th house and the 1st to an extent...
