I have attached the PDF file showing the review onPolitical/Election/Party Leader Prediction Articles written by the author Kanak Bosmia. It containing only one primary RULE(RULE-A refer attachment) which is used for Political/Election/ Party Leader Prediction and the funny thing is that the author tries to predict the outcome of the Election competition results specific to a person and declare that he/she is a looser and some time Winner.
Observations & Notes:

1) For any competition only one competitor wins which is true in most case. However when there are more than two participants appearing for the competition then finding the looser is no use for which not much Astrology is required.

In case of election most will try with whether A or B will form the Government or not? If we see individual analysis one will take 6th CSL (Cuspal SUB LORD) link with 11 bla..bla... The other will take 10CSL(Cuspal SUB LORD) link with 3,10,11 bla...bla..If you see the results both or any one will score Either PASS or FAIL. All this type of analysis is 50/50 case, which can be told with/without astrology. Some will say that the query was very clear like A or B so it is OK. The problem is that the author is not finding the winner for each or some of constitutions to check his RULES. Without doing this no one knows how these RULEs are working and they never find the loopholes. This is how today's prediction is going on for which one will claim that they have used many live charts/cases bla..bla..Scored high % of success bla.. Do we think that it is correct?

So if the author wants to predict for election results it should be ensured that the analysis is made for many seats (constitutions) with step-by-step elimination analysis (because each constitution 5-30 candidate/ contestant will be there) and also it should be systematically & astrologically analyzed. Without showing reasonably high number of predictions it is like "Garbage in Garbage out" case only. Here we found that the author’s articles are like whether A will win or not? This type of analysis will not give any idea about the prediction RULEs etc

Suppose 20 participates are competing in an election or any political competition one can say that without astrology all will fail though we know only one will win for which one can claim that the astrology prediction score is 19/20= 95%(Pass case) & 1/20 (5% failure case). But when one cannot find the winner then obviously the score is Zero only. So all the prediction so far made about the looser is to say that simply the author added Zero with another Zero and so on. So finally it is Zero score only.

If the author wants to say that the RULE is working, Let the author can prove it first by finding the WINNER for the election, political competition etc with reasonable no of prediction and STOP WRITING ABOUT THE LOOSER. No one will show interest to find the LOOSER because in general all will be the looser except one (Winner). Considering the query specific to a person and by justifying curiosity/favorite etc is acceptable only when the author is able to produce sufficient no of evidence showing past predictions where he already predicted the WINNER for the election/political competition with the same RULES. Till then any such prediction made in favor of some specific candidate is NOT ACCEPTABLE & considered as REJECTED!! REJECTED!! REJECTED!!

Especially the carriage horses tend to travel whichever direction they are looking. When you ride a carriage horse with loose rein, you'll notice that most horses like to look around at their surroundings. They like to know what is around them and what is going on for their own safety, its instinct. The “blinders or blinkers” are used to keep the horses looking in the direction they are being asked to go, straight ahead, instead of around at their surroundings. So it is just to keeps their eyes focused on the route and also it is used to prevent the horse from being spooked, especially at the carriage! But well trained/experience horse may not wear such blinders or blinkers at all.

Similarly in case of horary astrology when a querent asks some specific query most of the astrologer look for the house cusp matters related to that specific query only. Because some of our seniors/teachers fixed something that is similar to “blinders or blinkers” by taught us to look only the house cusp related to specific query which are gone into our “head/Brain” and the “blood vein”.

We are not like horse and we have 6th sense to think and decide accordingly. So break/remove the “blinders or blinkers” provided by some of our seniors/teachers and start applying our astrological commonsense which is wiser than following some tradition followed by our seniors/teachers etc. Any person having little commonsense will be able to understand it. Everyone will like to see the Author’s works/Articles to become an example of “Monuments of Excellency in political/Electional Astrology” but it should not become example of “Monuments of Stupidity in political/Electional Astrology” later. Now it is up to the Author/Editor to prove it which side these Articles belong to.

2) Author's conclusion was winner with alliance party but actual was independent/majority Win. Also there is no RULE is provided to distinguish the independent/majority Win & with alliance party.

3) There is no astrological reason/analysis is giving for eliminating many competitors and selecting few only.

4) The question given in horary chart & Analysis totally conflicts for same Horary? There is some Confusion in the charts and mistakes!!!

5) When there are more than 2 people competing then finding the WINNER is must to validate the RULE even though the query is favoring to a selected person except the situation mentioned in earlier paragraph.

6) There is no astrological analysis is provided for selecting the WINNER when more than 2 people are competing. (Conclusion was like ‘Devine Voice’)

7) It shows that the marks scored based on the articles published in two E-journals are not sufficient (Fail mark only) to support the Author's New Rules.

8) It is noticed that the some of the other authors (innocents) started following the "Kanak Ji's" RULE without checking the validity. Those who propagate the invalid Rules (as on date) by applying/following it blindly are requested to make a note of the below statement.
"Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it."

9) For some of the article, in the conclusion column it is stated that "before publishing this article the result will be made known to everyone". This can be avoided by publishing the conclusion alone in his own website (http://www.kpastrologer.com/) or may be forwarded to any of the on-line astrology discussion group in advance suitably. While writing the conclusion in the article it can be mentioned that "the results are already made known to evey readers (with reference) before publishing this article" would be very nice & it will help for the many "doubting thomas" & "Buddha followers". However the Author has presented many articles showing advance perditions irrespective of the results, which are greatly appreciated.

10) Two types of election winning RULEs used and most common Rule used for the election winning RULE-A. For some prediction election-winning RULE-B is used. There is no clear definition is given to distinguish the RULES. Also there is no sufficient analysis is shown for election-winning RULE-B to prove the correctness of the RULE.

11) All the above results are verified based on the data provided in various websites & web Pages Only. Highlighting any mistakes in the above table will be greatly appreciated.
