Will the seller receive my payment?
I sent my payment by using telegraphic transfer to an oversea bank account yesterday to purchase a fashion item. Since I had a bad experience in buying goods overseas few months ago, I'm worried about this..such as the details I was given or I filled in might be incorrect... the recipient receives less than when I sent...


1. I added some money in case any additional charges. Will the seller receive my full payment?
2. When ?

I transfered the money on Tuesday but haven't heard from the seller yet. I asked "will the seller receive my payment?" so does it mean the ruler of AC represents the seller ? The 2nd-8th house opposition seems not favouring..
