I have put the time for this chart as the time I will be attending a meeting in my Managers office regarding an ongoing totally unsatisfactory situation where I have been the object of harassment to the worlds most repulsive 'man' I have also reached the stage where another Manager wishes to speak to me about this but I now feel that I am not going to go to any meetings he may hold as they just pass the buck and nothing is ever done...my question is this

what will be the outcome of the meeting on Monday?? I wil post the chart and then make my own observations but I did notice that the tenth house is empty and that my ruler is in the 8th also venus and the sun conjunct in 9th house and mercury squares saturn...sun is exalted in its own sign, and jupiter is in the 8th and trining pluto in the second which may make a reference to money?

You're Mars, he's Venus and the outcome doesn't appear to be good for you. Venus is escaping from Combustion. That strengthens Venus, although Venus is in Fall in Virgo. So don't expect him to get fired.

For different reasons (some different reasons) I concur with Mr Zemco's delineation and prediction, above.

Looking at the chart from the horary-like modification of Maximus' "inceptional" technique:
-ascending sign is fixed and Moon sign double-bodied (and polluted by presence of the South Node) = mixed to moderately unfavorable early part of the situation
-lord of the Moon sign, Mercury, posited in a fixed sign = mixed final result, meaning that some "good" and some "bad" will be the final result of the matter; ultimately you will be partially satisfied, but with a lot left unsatisfied as well.

Thanks to both of you, Dr you summed it up exactly, what they are likely to do tomorrow is appear concerned as I have made it abundantly clear that I am on the verge of taking this to an Industrial Tribunal. They will no doubt offer me something else somewhere else but as for the pig who has been hounding me.....they have no choice but to put him on a formal warning and probably a first and final which means that anything like this in the next year or if he tries to come near me he will be sacked. There are too many of them all pals together all sticking together which is why this has been so difficult. Even the Union rep who I will not be using in this any further knows him and has done for a long time. This is what makes this type of situation so annoying as they all know he is doing this but they are all trying to look the other way and I keep on and on and wont let them. Ultimately I will decide about my future in the next few days when I see what they offer me. I have changed since I have left that post and am more concerned with my own happiness and doing what I want and developing my spirituality.
