I think Gemini Rising with Saturn conjunct AC and Venus trine AC makes a lot more sense. It also makes sense when you think she died of tuberculosis(Gemini rules lungs, and she's got Saturn there, too)
She was naturally very thin and a bit severe/sharp-looking, as well. Saturn on the AC emphasizes bone structure, and always gives a tendency towards a big nose, thin lips, and overall elongated face.
Other than that, her appearance is purely Gemini. Check out other Gemini Risings and you will see what I mean.
They all tend to have a face widest at the cheekbones, and an almost egg-shaped face and head. And the prettiest part of their face is always the eyes.
Ann Margaret, Gene Tierney, Michelle Pfeiffer, Tino Rossi are all Gemini Risings.
Tino Rossi even has the raised eyebrow and similar smile to Mz. Leigh

sorry but I have to argue with this (again another Taurus Asc bias lol)
I have Taurus Rising also Venus in Libra and I am 5'1", 110 lbs and I am petite (like Vivien) I don't have broad shoulders or a bulkiness to me at all...
Taurus Asc CAN be petite and "frail looking" and very feminine. I'm naturally thin and I also have an oval/egg shaped head.
And eventhough I am short in pictures people usually think I am taller, I have long legs too.
And on the last page I posted some people who I am sure no one considered to be Taurus Asc.
