Sound of voice and mannerism planet/house?

What exactly controls how you sound according to astrology? The 3rd house deals with communication but is there anything else that influences your voice. Ive noticed that people with Taurus moon speak low in sound when they talk and can't project it to loud also they tend to cover their mouth when they speak. I always hear Taurus people have great singing voices but does it matter where Taurus is in?

I have Moon in Taurus in the 3rd house and never cover my mouth when speaking but I do tend to have a soft voice normally but can project if need be. Taurus rules the throat, mouth and chin and some with that influence do have a pleasant voice. I love to sing and can carry a tune. I think the 1st house sign, ruler and planets there will show mannerisms as the it is the body image and first impression along with Mercury for manner of expression etc.....
