Hello,
I am new here and would like to ask a question about understanding all the ins and outs of the rules when its comes to significators.
Today, I drew up a horary chart for a man that I would like to connect to. We have been acquaintances in the past and then lost touch for several years, so we never really knew each other well. Recently a friend told me he was in my current area as I had moved and some friends said they had seen him out one night. So I drew up a horary chart for if I was in front of him is there possibility for a relationship to happen (even if casual?)
What I got confused me and I'm hoping you all can help.
ASC - CAPRICORN
DSC - CANCER
There is no aspect at all between the significators, which I know indicates no relationship. However, ( and here is where I need more clarity..) My significator Saturn is in Libra in the 9th house. His significator of the Moon in its own sign Cancer is in the 7th house. This makes sense, as he has not seen me in a while so I do not expect him to be thinking of me at all right now. The question was if I put myself in front of him again, would a relationship likely happen or some type of intimate connection?
There is a Sun 6*/Venus 1* in Leo conjunction with the Moon in Cancer at 27*, all in the 7th house, with the Moon conjuncting the DSC and opposing the ASC by 5* approaching. In horary rules, when you have an application from the Sun or Moon to Venus, if both are well placed and strong in essential dignities, indicates the relationship will develop. So can someone tell me in their experience, even without significators aspecting each other at all, if you have this Venus setup is there still potential for this to develop with him?
The chart is located here if its easier to look at it:
