Prog Sun in Virgo

OK, this just happened about 8 months ago, just into 0 Virgo. I have been a Leo for so long that a sense of the newness of the Virg energy is rather strange-but I can say I am, so far, enjoying the progress sun in virgo. I am curious if anyone else senses the energy shift with a major progression--a bit before the actual shift occurs.

My sun has just progressed into Leo 0 degrees, in the last year my life has been a total nightmare and i've gone through more change's in my lifestyle then i ever have before, leaving me feeling rather lost and confused about my sense of self.. i'm not sure how much of this is linked to my progressed sun, but i find the timing rather interesting.

my sun has just progresed into cancer/6th house and althoug I'm not a worrier per se, I am finding I'm getting more easily upset, sensitive and concerning with my health more. In fact I've just bought a juicer machine because I've read juicing carrots will help with arthritis. Whether I become more business savvy and good at hanging onto my cash (typical cancer traits) only time will tell...
