Re: Traditional astrology

Go to the Ben Dykes website for a good outline; also, although they were pioneers of Modernist astrology, nonetheless Charles Carter and Vivian Robson presented a very clear outline of pretty-much Traditionalist astrology (although they did include the outer planets), and in fact there are many similarities between early Modernist and Traditionalist astrology. Carter's "Principles of Astrology" you should definitely read; Carter's outlook regarding aspects is also very traditionalist in nature-see his "The Astrological Aspects"; Carters "Essays on Astrology" are very valuable. You will find Carter's books, and Robson's also, at astroamerica.com.

Then there is Lehman's "Classical Astrology for Modern Living", an excellent basic how to book; and finally, a very comprehensive new work on Traditionalist astrology, "On the Heavenly Spheres", by Avelar & Ribeiro; these books are also available at astroamerica.com.

Re: Traditional astrology

I only do Tarot readings in person.
However: ask your question as a horary and I will convert it into a Tarot Major Arcana symbol for delineation (I have done this several times here on AW, in the horary section; for a description of how to do this, see my thread in the Spiritual Realm forum entitled "Conversion of astro-data to Major Arcana symbols"; for your convenience I have just refreshed this thread)

quite often Traditionals are adept in horary astrology, but not exclusively. Are you wanting to learn 'horary?' or natal?
