will my current boss continue to cause trouble for me in my new position/career?
Hello,
I recently received a better and more prestigious position after years of working for an unsupportive, backstabbing person who generally seeks to do harm to my career. This person went out of her way to defame me to the person who hired me, but I received the position on my own merit and she couldn't prevent it. I fear now that, due to her backstabbing, malicious defamation and mental instability that she is going to continue her tirade against me and attempt to ruin my career. She has a lot of power and many people (including those who hired me) respect her tremendously. I am talented at what I do, and I am confident I will succeed in my new position, but success in my field depends in large part on reputation and I am worried that this woman will try to ruin mine. In the chart I drew ("Will my boss attempt to cause problems for me in my new position and career") my worries appear to be supported, as our significators are conjunct, malefic Mars is rising and Venus (her significator) is opposing the Ascendant. I would like to have some help in interpreting how this all plays out, so that I can take steps if possible to protect myself.
