Messed up Pisces Chart? D:

Hello all, i've recently joined and well, basically i'm in desperate need of help trying to "find myself" or really just try to figure out who I am through my astrology chart.

I was born on March 8, 1993, 5:55 PM in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

I understand my signs in the planets, Sun in Pisces, Moon in Virgo, ect, but lately, i've been trying to understand the planets and the houses (aspects?)... like, my Sun Conjunction Mercury" and such, and I think, in my opinion, that my "aspects" are totally screwing me up @_@.. for instance, if you read my chart, my Venus Square Uranus and Venus Square Neptune are making me feel completely lost, to the point where I just feel like giving up the thought of love and relationships all together... =/

I was wondering if someone could help me understand my chart, especially the aspects D:

Btw : am I doomed to fail because of these aspects? Like Venus Square Uranus / Neptune (that's worrying me most =/ )
