Any experiences with earthbound spirits?

Anyone has any stories on a personal level about earth bound spirits.. spirits who got attached obssesed and was already affecting in real life, and what was done to get rid of them?

yes i have had attachments, they feed of negative emotions, fears, etc etc. you can do protective visualizations, ask your guides and Angels to protect you, be firm with the entity and tell it no or get a psychic or meduim to remove it..

You can always seek out help from others, as Cupcake mentioned, though the most direct answer is, "you need healing." If you are being harassed by something/someone, then focus on your own spiritual ideal, the highest you can conceive. Align yourself with that. Become your ideal. The little nasties will then be unable to reach you because you're no longer "tuned to the same wavelength." Raise your own vibration until you are out of reach to whatever has been bothering you. If whatever was bothering you tries to ascend too, then it will automatically become less nasty. It's a win-win.
