Can I get an accurate chart please!!

I have had two charts done. One say I'm a Gemini w/ sag moon and aries rising. The other says I am a Cancer w/ cap moon and pisces rising.
My closest relationships have been w/ sag moon people.
I also have a scar right above my eye which eludes to the Aries placement.
Please help!!!
