Solar tsunami headed to earth tonight and astrological implications

While this week has been shaping up to be one of the most interesting astrological configurations during my lifetime thus far, the whole scenario just got a billion times more exciting with the unexpected addition of the Coronal Mass Ejection of the sun.

A giant wave coming from the surface of the sun, due to a shift in magnetic qualities causing a massive explosion(s) on the earth facing side of the sun. This giant wave of "life force" will wash over the earth later tonight.

I am interested in starting a discussion on how this event plays into the Cardinal Grand Cross configuration that we are experiencing the pinnacle of this weekend.

This is so exciting and transformative! Thoughts...

There are some indicative beliefs related to Eclipses, Comets, Meteriods, etc. But AFAIK, astrology in practice does not take solar flairs into consideration.

There are other hard aspects on-going - possibly Mars can trigger some mishap.

I don't know how this can effect us astrologically...

I have read about the solar storms that will be increasing more and more in the next few years. The sun spot activity, related to the emmision of solar flares, has been at a low point, with very little activity. But starting to increase now. Apparently they will be at their peak during 2012/2013. That could mean that we will see more reports of this type of thing in the news in the near future.

They usually effect our electronics, magnetic things, navigational systems, electricity, things like that.

I am not certain about astrological implications of solar activity, but many people in the New Age community believe solar winds convey information from the Central Sun, or something to this effect.

I know this may sound ridiculous to the more practical members of this community. Please don't mock me for sharing another viewpoint.

Solar activity - flares, sun-spots - have an 11-year cycle, so I'm also not sure that astrology relates to this.
