New Moon on Uranus
This month's new moon will fall exactly on my Uranus in Scorpio in the 7th. I don't know about other astrologers but I find new moons conjunct or opposite natal planets to be quite potent and great for predictions.
I'd normally think that a new moon like this would signify a sudden end to a relationship, but since I'm not in one currently, I'm guessing that a relationship may come out of the blue? But as always with Uranus, it's impossible to predict, it always tends to do the opposite of what I expect.
So I was wondering has anyone else had a new moon fall on their Uranus, can you share what happened?

Re: New Moon on Uranus
Dunno, I would be interested to see this as well.
Should be a day to look forward to.
Personally have had bad experiences this summer with new moons.

Re: New Moon on Uranus
I find the effect isn't usually felt on the day of the new moon, but in the 2 weeks following it, so i'll report back at end of Nov!
T-square, Can you share your bad experiences? Usually the new moon signifies a new start in an area to do with that planet or house, so it's usually a good thing (unless you hate new starts I suppose)

Re: New Moon on Uranus
I suspect you should look forward to something unexpected happening in a new relationship department. Pull your lunar chart for that month and give it a peak. that might tell you more too.

No,
I'm still putting it together.
I don't see the starts and ends to it cause the ends never really ended, and the starts never really started.
One event I was actually looking forward to, in relief, that occurred, then turned into a nightmare in the very same night. This later created another nightmare, a week and a half later, that set everybody off their course and into a dispersed pattern, till now, and later.
So It was draining and traumatic, no matter if it was a "start".
None of it could be predicted in full IMO, at least not accurately.
People behaving in an unpredictable way can be best predicted as unpredictable.
Also other transits were there as well.
I see the new moon as a weak moment and a situation handled inappropriate, I asked of it to be handled differently, and it went ahead without any say on my part as if I wasn't involved.
It's people I watch for on moon cycles, and their behavior.
I would rather deal with nutters on more pleasant days.
Still looking at it, unpleasantly,
T
I hate to sound pessimistic, but they were bad events.
I cant think of or notice the good in them.
There was aspects to personal planets.
New moon on venus in house 11 should be great, right?

Hmm...yeah tsquare, new moon on Venus in 11th would be something I would totally look forward to, ok maybe I shouldn't be so optimistic about this one so!

Re: New Moon on Uranus
Just a thought....but since traditional astrology calls the 7th house "the mirror", perhaps a new moon (to me always a positive metaphor) on a heavy planet in the 7th might teach you something startlingly new about YOU!!

Re: New Moon on Uranus
Oh yeah, hadn't thought of that. Hmm...it's not quite as appealing as the possibility of a new relationship!
Also have my prog moon in virgo in 6th sextile Uranus in 7th at same time and every time my prog moon makes a trine or sextile to Uranus a foreigner seems to come into my life!

Re: New Moon on Uranus
Sounds exciting, my natal Uranus is in my 10th, I had a new Moon trine this (the New Moon was in my 7th house). A relationship with my boss started suddenly out of the blue shortly afterwards when the transiting Moon was conjunct this Uranus a week or so later. I really didn't see it coming at all, such is the nature of Uranus.
My Uranus is in Scorpio and the New Moon was in Cancer. This relationship also has Uranian feel to it, suddenly together then not, and when we least expect it. Its not stable at all but very enlivening and awakening, and somewhat nurturing. I think it woke us both up out of the apathy we were feeling.

Re: New Moon on Uranus
Thanks for sharing that, Neptune rising. Very interesting!! Apathy is exactly the attitude I've had towards relationships for the past 2 years and I keep hoping someone will come along and make me believe in love again!
But I don't want yet another unstable Uranian relationship (ive had my fill of them). I want a life partner, but having Uranus in the 7th isn't exactly a great natal place for that!
By the way, I didn't realize that a trine from a new moon could be so potent, I was always taught that it was only the hard aspects that had an effect, hmm...I'll have to watch for those trines in future!

Re: New Moon on Uranus
You share my thoughts exactly...Uranus in the fifth with venus (ruler of 7th and mars). I can actually sense now when someone has Uranus in aspect to my stellium and go 'uh....oh T.R.O.U.B.L.E.." I get way to excited and they have this stunned look on their face like they just met their doppelganger.
Good to remember what that feels like Astropsychologist thus we may not make the same mistakes. Just other dumb ones towards our perpetual evolution.

Re: New Moon on Uranus
But how do you resist that when it happens Gemini59?? It's such an exciting feeling, how do you stop making dumb decisions? Have u found a way out of it, coz I certainly havent...all of my romances are Uranian, quick and exciting, but over in a flash. Is it possible to sustain a relationship that begins under a Uranian influence??

Its kind of what I was feeling before this relationship started, even less than apathy, which is why it was such an out of the blue experience. He also has Uranus in his 7th, 5 degrees away from Pluto, bit of a mixture there in his 7th!..
I thought the hard aspects too were the only ones that triggered things. But studying my lunations this year I've found that trines have coincided with so many events, not every trine though but quite a few.
