Electional for Posting on the Internet

Hi guys-

As the Moon goes into partnership oriented Libra tonight,
I'm trying out electional with posting an add for a romantic prospect
when I get to my new home, in another city.

What ASC would be best?
It's the most important figure, besides the Moon?
I know it can't be anything with an RX ruler...Does this count just for traditional rulers?

I've decided no AQU or CAP ASC, Sun is combusting Saturn.
Or GEM, VIR, Merc is still not normal yet.

I'm leaning toward TAU, because Venus is in the Terms/Face of Mercury, good for emails.
It's fixed, I am not in a hurry about finding the right one.
0 degrees Taurus ASC term would be in Venus, Triplicity of Moon.
Bonus conj. Fixed Star "Mirach"... "Good fortune through marriage, beauty, love talent".
POF in 11th, depositor Jupiter.
This degree keeps all Malefics/Nodes, cept Sat, out of the Angular houses.

Any suggestions? Experiences with sending emails, successes/failures?

There's this idea of considering advertising as a 9th house matter - as it is a message one really wants to be received by the others, not only sent. Therefore an advertisement is a message that got to others, a turned 3rd house matter from the 7th house, that is a 9th house matter.

Posting on forums (if viewed as advertising rather than personal messages) is already a 9th house matter. So I'd say that having the 9th house ruler angular and strong is very important for success.

As you're interested in relational succes and currently Venus is pretty strong being conjunct Sirius, I'd suggest for instance trying to have Venus, ruler of the 9th house (cusp in Taurus) in the 10th - if possible.
