Astrocartography & Mars

hi guys,
i read that if you relocate to a place that your Mars/DC line crosses directly over that it is a potentially dangerous place for you???

im not sure how that would play out...i guess because DC=relationships and mars=aggression or violence...
have any of you lived somewhere with a similar placement or does anyone know how true this is?

all responses are appreciated, thanks
