We see Two Grand Squares in my mother's chart both of them indictate the events that have happened in her life and I dare say that this chart valdiates astrology to me:
My mom was quite the wild child/teenager. As such, she drank and did all of the typical wild teenager stuff.
We see this with Saturn in the 2nd house, Pluto in the 5th house and Sun in the 7th(though it looks like the opposition is with the True Node. But I digress)
The 2nd house rules values and possessions. Cancer itself is a planet of feeling. With Saturn Restricting Cancer's outpourous love, it is clear here
that Saturn forced her into intolerance of love. Or didn't know how to feel and as such was involved in destructive relationships. We see the evidence
of this in Pluto in the fifth house. Pluto in Libra can be very strong and she herself can feel very strongly about herself. Per typical for a rebel.
Saggitarius, the cusp of the 7th and her sun sign is another indicator here of the relationships struggles she was bound to have all of her life. This first T-Square has shown much of what has happened in mom's life.
The Second T-Square:
In mentioning the Second T-Square, we should mention how unfortunate it was that my grandmother, her mom had actually never met Colleen untill she was a teenager. Since it was such a major event and should be for any child. It should be shown in the Astrology. And I feel it is.
It involves Moon-Mars-Venus.
Moon in the Sixth House of Public Health and work. We know Moon means Mother in Astrology. With the Moon inside Scorpio. Which is a sign that is rather introvert and well-hidden. Likely, not knowing who her mother was stressed her a great deal. This is seen as the opposition carries towards Mars in the 12th house, and in particular in Aries. This situation not only stressed her, but it must have angered her a great deal. We see the opposition finishing off at Venus. Which is also an indicator of a female or in this case the mother.
We also see Uranus in a tight opposition to Mars, as a further indicator of this tragedy. These T-Squares describe very accurately events in my mother's life.
Mom's career:
Mom is a Tattoo Artist, which is clearly a job for her and the astrology says as much. We see inside the 10th house is Venus. Venus is in her
joy in Aquarius. And Aquarius is the MH Ruler. Venus also rules creativity. As we see Venus and Jupiter trining the fifth house Pluto(In Libra), the
significant energy to relate to others in her career is highly helpful. True to reality, she makes quite the few thousand a year
.
As we see Saturn trine Uranus and Moon in Libra/Scorpio of the Sixth house of work. All the more so. There is alot of significant outer energy going in her favor for a job.
We see Mars Trine Saturn and Saturn Trine ASC, the outer energy theme in her chart is remarkably similar to mine. Pluto also trines the ASC.
And yet, I don't have too much astrological experience. So this is as deep as I'll read. Others can read into the chart. And perhaps find something I cannot.
My mom and I never really got on the right foot so to speak. I perferred grandmother over her. Why is that?
),but that Chiron/Moon conjunction has a lot of potential.If you try opening up to her,you will surely find out she understands you better than you think,and that she is very capable of providing for your emotional needs.The problem with Chiron in Aries is that opening up is seen as a sign of weakness.This goes to your mom too-you two are far more capable of fullfilling each others emotional needs than you think you are.
)...So, well...Don't know if I still have it.But I just hope you and your mom can work out your problems together.It just happens that sometimes,we need to start looking at things from a different perspective.I have the feeling you're starting to open up your mind regarding your mom,looking through her past and trying to understand why she is the way she is,or why you can't get along with her,and that's the start.The more you try to get into her history,the more understanding towards her you will become.
