I would look for transits to the pair....that might be the trigger...sun or mars or the outer planets will be the marker....venus and mars may raise your energy level and your temper due to increase in marsenergy to the love planet

watch out for that....it may attract a new partner to your life if other indicators are there.

Wow a progressed Sun changed into Pisces, I've been searching for experiences!

How did it feel for you when your progressed Sun was at 29 degrees Aqua? Did you feel different from now since your Sun has changed?

Feeling insecure, career related! I can relate to that, (29.43 Aqua progressed Sun here), and the word "chaos" springs to mind too!
