Homelessness.

What are some aspects or configurations that point to homelessness?

I noticed afflicted Neptunes in the charts of some. Kimbo Slice, a fighter who was once homeless, has Neptune squaring his Moon and Mercury (with both in opposition).

I'd think more in terms of transits and progressions to the natal chart as one isn't homeless all one's life.

Neptune, the planet of Divine Discontent. Nothing of this world ever satisfies Neptune. Only inner work will get Neptune to quit being so ornery about worldiness.

No single aspect *causes* homelessness.
Homelessness is the consequence of decisions/choices that have gone on over a period of time.
When Uranus is transiting the fourth house I have observed the native to make many abode changes, or be *forced* to....
If the ruler of the fourth in the natal, is afflicted, then issues to do with *homes* may be prevalent in the native's life.
I can't really see how or why Neptune would be involved especially.
As the moon is the natural ruler of the fourth, afflictions involving the natal moon could also be active when homelessness occurs.
There are as many reasons for being homeless as there are homeless people.
So,a range of astrological configurations.
Of course transits are involved when life brings us major changes.

I'd certainly agree with this. I've lived in the same house for 54 years and now, exactly in time with Uranus crossing my IC, there are moves afoot to move me on ... !
