My chart and communication

If fact, I really need a LOT of communication. And a lot of communication with DIFFERENT people, with a LOT of people. But not with any people - but only with the ones I really, REALLY like.

I think this desire(and need), which is much more, than a lot of people have(others often say "I don't need people, I enjoy being alone) is determined by my North Node in Gemini, of course. May be ther"e are some other factors, that really multiplies this - such as strong Aquarius, Mars in Scorpio, which is strong, but passive, and need some stimulous in order to react. But the main is of course the North Node in Gemini.

But the fact is - I don't have a lot of people, who I really like and communicate often. And I am trying to solve that, but don't succeed. It is very hard for me to get to know people, to approach people and start conversation first. Not because of rejection fear - but because I don't know how to turn polite and neutral reaction(which occurs in most situations when I start a conversation with the person I don't know) into communication. And thats why I don't have a lot of communication, though I meet a lot of people.

And one more thing. I am very individualistic nature. I like working in the team - but only in a team, where I like EVERYBODY. If, there is at least one person, I don't like, and that person is active enough - I am very dissatisfied. I feel, that my want and needs are not met, that harmony is ruined, and no effective communication and achievements can be done. I still can work and do things effectively in that situation, but I feel that my wants and needs are not satisfied, with all the concequences of that(either the low passion, or just go away from that team after some time, and often the second is a consequence of the first

).

Why I mentioned that in the previous tab - because nowadays people pretend to unite in teams. And I am thinking a lot, how to succeed being an individualistic.

Since you have a bundle of energy at the bottom (inner world) part of your chart, you focus on your inner world. However, since you have Gemini (thinking, also talking) modifying North node (future goals) conjunct (energy is combined with) your Midheaven (outer world), you need to go out and communicate in the outer world. The Internet is one of the simplest ways to do this. Post thoughtful, well-written posts on a personal blog you create and you are sharing your message ("talking") to the outside world.
