Well, from what I can surmise from this chart, it looks like he is with someone else, anyhow; Jupiter, his ruler, sits next to Venus, the classic indication of another woman.
The Moon is in fall, a very poor position, and carries the light from Saturn (ruler of the 5th of 'romance') to Jupiter, his significator. Note that Saturn is hidden in the 12th house of illicit things, where Saturn "doth joy in making much mischief".
You, Mercury retrograde (going back to something) are equally poorly placed in the cadent 6th house; you are also Under the Beams, meaning matters are hidden from you or that you are hidden from matters. This is okay if you are doing something illegal where you don't want to be caught; but I don't think that's your intention.
You are also worryingly close to Neptune, planet of illusion and deceit. You might be wearing some rose-tinted spectacles, especially being Under the Beams as well.
Jupiter, his significator, is in fall in Capricorn, and benefics, when in fall, can do a lot of damage; they 'look good' (being benefic) but are very bad for you (fall). You are both ruled by that Saturn in the 12th. No, not so good. Also note Uranus sitting *right* on his angle: excitability, impulse, rash, unthought-out actions.
I'd remain skeptical, if I were you, and wait for further evidence of his sincerity before trusting him with your wallet or your heart.
