VOC moon in medical horary- what does it mean?

hi all,

i have a question. i casted a medical horary chart. the question was "whats wrong with my health?"

the chart has VOC moon on 29Leo. i am aware that VOC moons nothings gonna come out from the situation and I wonder what it means in specific to this chart.

basically, what happened was i have been feeling very different lately and went to docs yesterday to get extensive med exams. the results will come out in 2 weeks but i wanted to know whats wrong so i asked a chart.

does anyone has an opinion??

it seems like nobody cares here?

i am adding my chart with a hope that someone dares to help.

as i said, mars conjunct asc- very malefic and shows ebiliated state of me.
moon is voc. i am wondering what this means in specific...does this mean that the condition continues?

6th house ruler jupiter is in its own house. i dont understand!

the moons last aspect is conjunct saturn. another malefic star in 7 degree. i wonder the condition deteriorates.

i really do appreciate any inputs!

With VOC Moon on most fortunate fixed star Regulus, you really do not have to worry about, everything will be fine!

oh yes, fixed star! i have completely forgotten about it when looking at this chart.
