Where do we go now...?

Hi everyone
its been a while since my last post here and I have a couple of charts and some interpretation to discuss. Also 2 questions.

I have been "dating" a very lovely lady now for nearly 2 months and we have a very wonderful connection and are currently very much in love.
Here are our charts below: (Me inner, she outer).

The most important aspect as I/we see it is the Merc/Moon conj. I understand her very well, like no other apparently, and I feel great with her too of course. Interestingly she is somewhat moody which I can pick up immediately. I can read her very well. However sometimes we are getting to a little "conflict" (I'm afraid I am not a "yes" man) and then I can see her closing down and going into a very scorpion like defense. ie super controlled and defining what she doesn't like. Then we hit stalemate until the mood blows over. This doesn't take long because we are quickly missing each other. Anyway - one thing I would like to know is what are our conflict strategies? I'd like to know this to understand how to better deal with this.

Another thing I'd like to know is does this have a chance of being a very long term relationship? There is a "small" complication involved in us getting formally together and I'm curious if this situation will play itself out. However my question is more about our compatibility long term.
Synastry chart: We have some very nice trines between my Cancer Sun Ven Mars and here Scorpio/Sag "stellium".
BUT: concern points are: Her 7th Sat sq my Moon & Jupiter. And Jup Mars oppo. Is there anything fatal here? I sometimes feel she's not considering my feelings in our "situation" which I think leads us to our small conflicts but its not end of the world stuff.

I'd really appreciate any insights you can share.
