Re: How would you deal with this?
While it is easy for me to assume what may be going on with your circumstances, it is difficult to really see what you may be going through, and thus what I say may have no particular importance to you. Though, perhaps I can offer some advice in any case.
It sounds like what you are describing may be your mind overworking itself. In the case where you knew what people were going to ask- ask yourself, how were you able to know the sentences if those sentences were never spoken. Maybe you interpreted the person's actions and habits, their body language, and their mood in their surroundings and from this along with a hyper-active mind were capable of piecing together what was most logically going to be said.. Does this make you know what they were going to say? Or are you simply digesting what is being conveyed in the moment?.. And because you are so good at it, you feel as if you know what will happen because you know what IS happening- to some extent..
Perhaps you just need to slow things down and try and digest one thing at a time or not stress over whether things are going as you perceive them to be going. Sometimes you can only know how something goes by allowing your environment to change for you and evolve- You don't always have to be the only making the changes to it. Don't feel pressured into believing that all the changes and stimulation going on around you that you identify with has to effect you in a direct way. Try to be more passive and simply absorb it and appreciate it- you might allow a deeper understanding of reality to help you through whatever it is you're dealing with.
But yet.. I don't know entirely what you are going through.. so these are just generic suggestions that may have no basis to them..
I can say however that I have been in situations where I percieved everything happening around me and was able to predict everything happening, or atleast be right ontop of it all as if I was coexisting with it.. It is a scary experience to have, but it's important to not let it end up controlling you in the process.
