Solar Eclipse Birthday

I discovered this interesting thing not long ago. I was researching solar eclipses and discovered what's called the "Metonic Series," or solar eclipses that occur every 19 years basically on the same day, usually 5 eclipses in a series.

My birthday is July 11, and it lands on a Metonic Series (1953, 1972, 1991, 2010, 2029).

I was born in 1959, so there's no connection that I know of directly (possibly something with my mother), but for the other years my life was in periods of change.

I just thought that was interesting when I found it.

According to my trusty ephemeris there IS a connection! That connection is the degree of your natal Sun and IMO it seems self evident that anyone born on 11 July of any year is connected via their natal Sun to that particular eclipse series

Furthermore, fwiw IMO, individual differences of experiences amongst all those sharing your birth date would occur in relation to:

(1) the particular years that those individuals were born

(2) the particular time that those individuals were born


Thomas James Haller, I noted as I read my ephemeris that for you and anyone who shares your birth date AND year, the Transiting eclipse of 11 July 2010 NOT ONLY triggered your natal Sun by conjunction BUT ALSO connected to your natal Venus AS WELL AS your natal Saturn BECAUSE Transiting Venus at the time of the 11 July 2010 eclipse was conjunct your natal Venus, while Transiting Saturn was square your natal Saturn.

IMO fwiw, events would have played out variably for any individuals sharing your birth date as well as your birth year, VIA THE HOUSE LOCATION OF THE ECLIPSE - because that varies for each individual, dependent on the time of birth.

It probably shows up in my chart, but I love to check the accuracy of things using multiple sources.

I've been writing music since I was a teenager, and around 2004 I heard on the radio that I shared a birthday with Suzanne Vega. She was born about 25 miles away from my location, and about 2 hours later. She moved at a very young age to NYC. Richie Sanborn (of Bon Jovi) was also born on the same day, but I don't know any of his details.

I was born in Whittier CA at 3:06 am, and Vega was born in Santa Monica around 5 am.

An interesting synchronicity is I wrote a song called Blue Eyed Nadine around 1998, and Vega's middle name is Nadine. She also wrote a song with my name, although it's a more common name than Nadine.

Two other times I wrote songs with the names of people I would find out about in the future, one called Lindsey Rose, a lullaby, and the other Mike, a song about an ex-girlfriend. A cousin I had a crush on as a teenager named her first child Lindsey Rose, and my ex-girlfriend married a man named Mike.

Now I have to wonder if there is a connection to the July 11, 1959 birthdays, and psychic awareness.

I studied Numerology with Dr. Gertrude Horek at Ventura College around 1989. Suzanne Vega made a music video called Book of Dreams that has a lot of elements in it related to numerology.

I picked up on 9/11 first in 1996, and things were lining up for me to be at, or in the Twin Towers on that day, until warnings in dreams sent me racing out of the country to avoid all mass media. Suzanne Vega made a music video called Book and a Cover in 1998 that has all kinds of 9/11 elements in it.

Around 1995 I studied Astrocartography, and found out my Sun sign is on the East coast, where Suzanne Vega lives. Personally I love my privacy, and I couldn't take all that attention, but I have to wonder if my songs would be accepted differently if I lived there.

Sometimes a song just comes flowing out, and I have to wonder about this song I wrote June 9, 2012. It's about someone fleeing from something calling out to me.

Well darn, I'm terrible about hanging onto to things, and a friend of mine did a Fixed Star reading for me. It was very detailed and I thought very accurate. I wish I still had it now.

It would have been cool to see if Vega was in it.

On astro.com anyone can create A free natal chart and if after doing so one then chooses their "Extended Chart Selection Page" option and scrolls down and ticks the box that reads "add some fixed star", the very basic fixed stars are displayed within the context of a natal chart drawing
