We and our liking

As You probably notice English is not my mother tongue so i will try write as simple as possible. Do you think we're liking(feeling that we belong there) some geographic places because of natal aspects for example our vertex is to that place(astro-maps)And what about our artistic taste? why some song/artist speaks to us and some doesnt? because i.e. their(artists) venus,mercury,moon are in our 5th house?

I've a neptune trine moon aspect & I love music. I listen to music all the time; when I'm happy, sad, exercising, studying, watching the television, travelling.....Right now I'm listening to dirty picture.
I've never felt a particular "artist/singer" speak to me. But lyrics & tune do. I listen to music in any & every language. The words most of the time don't matter. I intuitively understand the essence.
I'm simply in love with 'one direction'. All of them are so freaking adorable.
I keep watching 'what makes you beautiful' over and over gain! The video's.....

I checked harry styles, but there's nothing at all happening with him. They disposit nothing in my 5th.

One thing I've noticed is that I feel a pull toward cold, snow covered landscapes. There's something about them that's as irresistible as chocolate fudge. Casablanca & alexandria fascinate me like crazzzy!!!!!!!!! I've never understood my obsession with these places & their culture.

Morocco's Sun is in opposition with my natal vertex.

I checked Egypt's chart but there aren't any vertex aspects involved.
Egypt's moon conj my moon, uranus opp my uranus/nept, uranus conj my desc. That's it. nothing special there.

You are trying to figure out what makes "taste" or "affinity" and you just can't do that by astrological rules. At least I've never been able to do that.
I don't know why I love certain music, certain places, certain styles or colors. It's just my "taste."
But you can research this question....it's sounds like an interesting study.
