How old are you? I ask this because I need to know which house to use. For a young person one can use 5th ruler, while for a more older one 7th ruler.
Moon already aspected Jupiter the 7th ruler in the past, so it seems you have already met someone important in the past. Moon is also in the 12th, so I think you feel quite lonely right now, isolated. But Moon is strong so its not that bad of a situation.
Your ruler Mercury has just recently left conjucntion with Uranus, some sudden change that happened in your life just recently, sudden news, sudden separation? Mercury goes to sextile Venus, natural ruler of love and ruler of your 5th. The sextile will happen in 10 units, yeah could be 10 weeks or months. So someone may come into your life then. But Mercury is in detriment to Venus and also in term, I don't think you will get along with this person very well, yet you will like him somewhat. Rx Saturn in your 5th suggests some sort of restriction or limitation in your romance area. Venus being in 12th would show there is something not very open about this person, so be clear about him.

This does bring me back to Venus being in 12th house. I think when and if you do meet you next boyfriend, be aware of any signs of dishonesty and manipulation from him.
