With most vocation charts the MC pretty much tells the story. The lord (ruling planet) of yours is Mercury found in the 10th. The retrograde may suggest it will take a few false starts to get your game going. Being that it is at an apex of a Tsquare from Saturn and Jupiter, there are stresses to the planet and some extra energy.... work problems and money issues will be worked out with strenuous brain activity or physical quick spurts. This does suggest a quick mind ready to respond. The MC itself is in Virgo, a healing and nurturing sign that is also analytical. The second house will show your monetary picture. The lord is Saturn and Saturn is found in the 2nd. This is a methodical approach taken to acquiring and saving money and property.... but then it opposes Jupiter and Square Mercury. More telling it is conjunct Neptune. (I have Neptune on the MC square my Saturn is where I am coming from on this now) What I have found is that if Neptune isn't satisfied, Saturn becomes frustrated. A career in Neptune's realm would be best for your long term income. The planet that gets the most support in your chart is the Moon exault in Taurus on the cusp of your 6th house. Some people will use the 6th to find what job a person will take... this works with civil service, military or servitude.
Putting all the factors together, I believe that nursing or care taking or a domestic position would work well for you ... so would veterinary work. That would be a nice mix of Neptunian/Mercury/Virgo... the nursing, 6th house health, animals, domestic and the nurturing Moon applying to the 6th. Try mixing up these combos.... 6th house animals, Mercury lord of MC, and Neptune spiritualism and you could write short stories of psychic conversations with cats
