Natal chart reading
Can someone have a go at explaining my brothers chart to me, it seems he has a T square from the moon's nodes to Pluto in Libra at his apex. He has been quite stressful as of late, and i'm trying to figure out why this is happening to him.

His T Square is from 25 Deg. Cap and Cancer to 25 Deg. Libra.

Any help in understanding his chart will be deeply appreciated.

My 'guess' (without a chart showing current transits) is the 'finale' of a Saturn return .

Thank you very much.

Does anyone have anymore input on his chart you can lend me?

And one more question, what is his ruling planet? I have yet figured out how to determine that yet. Any help will be appreciated.
